I just wanted to take the time to rave about my recent experience at the Garland Mega Center, where I renewed my driver license.
I would give this whole Plano office a 10 for customer service and caring if I could. They made it easy for us, namely my husband that has cognitive issues and me.
This was my first trip to the Spring Mega Center. The time I spent there was much quicker than I thought it was going to be. I do want to give a big compliment to the staff I dealt with and especially Stella.

I was at the San Angelo branch to acquire a new Texas driver license. Lucero assisted me and my transaction was super smooth and without hassle. She was courteous and was very professional in responding to my needs.

Christy Kester was a pleasure to work with in getting my license renewed. I dreaded having to go to DPS, but she actually made the process enjoyable. Having an appointment made the process seem a lot more organized.
