I renewed my Texas Driver License and was processed by Karen. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and had excellent communication skills. I was impressed and pleased by the entire process.

I just wanted to single out two DPS State officers, Trooper Ricky Barber and Trooper Joe Abreu, who rescued my daughter and me. We had a severe flat tire while traveling on I-35 south near mile marker 393.

I would like to thank Tessa, the employee who helped me get my Real I.D. at the D.P.S. in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was professional, kind, patient, and helped me in a timely manner.

Having just moved to Texas, on January 2nd, I went to the Humble DPS office to obtain my Texas drivers license. I was assisted by Sydne, and she is the reason I am writing today.

I am writing in regard to JoAnn Pralelini. She was incredibly kind and very helpful. She was of great service and made my experience at DPS amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give her an 11!
