I just wanted to say that my trip today to the DPS Rosenberg Mega Center was quick, simple and easy. Lorene Williams helped me add the Motorcycle class and renew my driver license. She was awesome!

Danique helped me with a change in vehicle class from C to A. She was great and very helpful. If she wasn't sure (this was a non-CDL Class A for my new 5th wheel), she was quick to verify what she needed.

My daughter did not have the correct documentation or an application filled out when we arrived. Mrs. Tolbert patiently listed out all of the items we needed and told us to just come right back and see her.
