The LESO Program allows TCOLE-certified employees of an approved Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) to screen for and request property. Once your agency has met all enrollment requirements, property screening is conducted entirely online.
Authorized screeners can search the RTD Business Portal website for available excess military property. The only costs involved with acquiring equipment are pick-up or shipping expenses.
