Building Resilience through Self-Compassion

In this workshop, Lacy Wolfff, M.S. will share the science and practical application of self-compassion. Discussion will focus on how self-compassion builds resilience, our brain's "Default Mode,” strategies to silence our "inner-critic” and ways to practice self-compassion. Participants of this session will receive a link to a self-compassion meditation that can be utilized on a regular basis to help build and maintain resilience.
