Testing Disqualification Chart  
1st Attempt - Reading Comprehension or Math Test failure Must retest within 30 days of the date of failure. Failure to retest in 30 days will require the applicant to wait 90 days to retest and resubmit forms/documents after the 90 day waiting period.
Withdraws after failing any portion of the Physical Readiness or Written Test Must wait until the application process opens for the next school. The applicant cannot reapply for the same school during this phase of the testing process.

 

Advanced Testing Disqualification Chart    

Polygraph - Not Recommended (No Retest, Appeals are Not Accepted)

Six (6) months from the date the polygraph test was administered with Deception Indicated Results.

 

Medical/Psychological Evaluation - Not Recommended

Six (6) months from the date the medical or psychological evaluation was administered.

 

File Review - Not Recommended

Six (6) months from the date noted on file stating "not recommended".

 

Application Pre-Screen - Not Selected

Six (6) months from the date noted on file stating "not selected".

 

Interview with Recruiter - Not Recommended

Six (6) months from the date of the interview.
