Reporting requirements for counties, municipalities and political subdivisions
According to Texas Occupations Code §1956.003, a county, municipality or political subdivision that issues a license or permit to a business as authorized under subsection (b) shall submit to DPS in the manner required by DPS, information on each business that issued a license or permit.
