Company Documents indicating the following:

 

  • Type of Private Security Business

  • Branch Locations (if applicable)

  • Name of Business Owners

  • Name of Company Representative

  • Training School Courses Offered (if applicable)

  • Private Security Company License and Consumer Signs

 

Employee Records:
 

  • Employee, Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Place of Birth

  • Social Security Number

  • Photograph

  • Company Drug-Free Policy

  • Signed Drug-Free Policy by employees

  • Results of Any Drug Tests

  • Pre-Employment Background Check (if required under §35.3)

  • First Date of Employment

  • Last Date of Employment

  • Continuing Education *

  • Training Certificates

  • Current residential address

  • Current Duty Assignment and Duty Station of any Security Officers

* Licenses for armed guards are required to submit training certificates of completion along with their new or renewal application.  These documents should be in TOPS and satisfy the question during a routine inspection.
