The purpose of the Compassionate Use Program Working Group is to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the Compassionate Use Program. As part of the expansion process contemplated under HB 46 and with the influx of new licensees, the Working Group's makeup and format appear outdated. Therefore, at this time, the Department will stand down the Working Group and revisit it at a later date.
