Director, Manager, & Employee Registration

The department is accepting employee registration applications from the licensed dispensing organizations.

Applications for director, manager, or employee registrations must be submitted electronically through the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas.  Paper applications will not be accepted.

When an application is received by the Department, an invoice will be prepared by Department personnel and provided to the applicant via the email address provided on the application. Included in this email will be instructions on how to submit payment and fingerprints.

Fingerprints will need to be submitted promptly following submission of the registration application, in accordance with the Fingerprinting Services instructions.
