The Regulatory Services Division (RSD) Contact Center now offers extended hours to better serve its customers.

Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., by phone, email or by completing the form below.

We understand the need to get your question answered quickly, and, in most circumstances, we do so within five business days. However, there may be occasions when additional time may be required. For confirmation of documents or applications, please allow a minimum of 30 days after DPS received your mailed documents for representatives to provide status updates.
