I wanted to speak to the great customer service I received during my visit to the Waco DPS office yesterday from Danique. She was friendly, engaging and provided great customer service.

I had the privilege of being pulled over by Trooper Turner for speeding but not intentionally. Let me say that for 30 some odd years I owned and operated a 24 hr.

I’m writing on behalf of my grandmother who renewed her Driver License yesterday at the Denton Driver License Office. She is 85 years old and was graciously helped by one of your employees yesterday.

Anika greeted me with courtesy and was such a bright light at the end of a long day. She was so kind and had such a heart that it helped my nerves settle.

I recently visited the Houston Southeast Mega Center for my driver license renewal. The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and managed to check me in promptly.

I would like to thank Sharon and her co-workers for an awesome job when I came to Taylor, Texas to renew my license! They were very courteous and helpful to me!
