I had the opportunity to attend the Carrollton Mega Center. It was wonderful to see how organized it was and how people were so nice from the moment I walked in.

I registered my son to for his driving permit at the Universal City motor vehicle office. I wanted to commend the supervisor of this office and his/her staff for their organization, professionalism and courtesy.

I want you to know that Officer Barry was kind, courteous, and helpful when I was stuck on the highway! I in Mesquite. I am African American. I told you this because in this day and time, you never know.

It was a pleasure to visit with Calvin during my driver license renewal. He was very professional and we had a great conversation. He processed my renewal quickly and efficiently.

Officer Blacksher was nothing but professional and courteous at all times.

On 08-28-2020, Trooper J Cabano stopped a truck being operated by a driver of Stevens Trucking Co. and completed a driver/vehicle inspection.

Joyce assisted me with renewing my driver license. She was very efficient and friendly. She was clear with her instructions and still chatted with me while processing the paperwork.

Jessica was great, friendly, professional and well prepared for me. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question confidently. I hope she's still there when I go back.

I renewed my driver license in the Paris office. Delores processed my renewal and I want to relay that she is excellent. Very positive, professional and proficient.

My daughter and I went to the Rockwall DPS to obtain her driver permit. I cannot express enough how impressed we were with this facility. It was clean, organized and professional.

I visited the Sherman location and it was by far the easiest and best experience I have ever had. The appointment system was great and the employees got me in and out the door in less than 10 minutes.
