I am a recent applicant for a license to carry. In a nutshell, I experienced a very trying time in pursuit of obtaining the license. I’m talking 7 months to be exact.

I want to compliment Fernando for his excellent customer service. I was frustrated with pending renewal, update applications and needed the correct documents for the applications to complete.
