I have been in the Security Business for 20 years. When the TOPS program was launched, It was a nightmare. Vast improvements have been made. When things go right it is great. When things go wrong it is a nightmare.

Ms. Zon was caring, she was patient, she did not make me feel like an imbecile when I didn't understand an explanation, she just presented it in a different way until I got it.
