I want you to know this young man was very nice and polite! Words cannot express my favorable impression of this officer, I cannot believe your training taught him all of that.

Admittedly, the reason I had the opportunity to recently interact with Trooper Michael was that I was driving 5 miles per hour over the speed limit on January 2, 2020.
