Many thanks for the efficient work of the DPS in Richmond where I recently renewed my expired Driver license. I was attended to by Ms. Melinda.

Pauline exemplified a wonderful caring and calm customer service representative. Pauline was extremely helpful in the process my drivers license renewal. I was calm during the renewal process.

I went to the Carrollton Mega Center to renew my Texas driver license. Since the last time I had to go in to renew my license the requirements had changed to require a birth certificate.

She made my waiting time to get my license renewed so much better. Great attitude, very friendly and made the time go by fast/easy. She is a keeper.

I went to the Columbus DPS on January 2, 2020. Long line, barely made it in before closing. I was almost her last customer of the day, and she was still professional, prompt, and polite. I would not have been.

I renewed my DL at the Texas DPS in Waco this morning, and was impressed with the efficiency, helpfulness, and attitude of the employees.

I really want to commend Jessica for her professionalism and courtesy.

I am writing in regard to JoAnn Pralelini. She was incredibly kind and very helpful. She was of great service and made my experience at DPS amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give her an 11!

Having just moved to Texas, on January 2nd, I went to the Humble DPS office to obtain my Texas drivers license. I was assisted by Sydne, and she is the reason I am writing today.

I would like to thank Tessa, the employee who helped me get my Real I.D. at the D.P.S. in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was professional, kind, patient, and helped me in a timely manner.

Mr. Harlon Bell [McKinney Facility] aided me in driver’s license renewal today. He was polite, patient, and professional. I appreciate his effort on my behalf. 

I renewed my Texas Driver License and was processed by Karen. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and had excellent communication skills. I was impressed and pleased by the entire process.

Mr. Butler in Gilmer knows how to deal with people and make your visit an enjoyable one.

She provided the best experience at the Texas DPS I've EVER had!! Her calm and friendly demeanor was very pleasing.

My visit went well. A little wait but nothing out of the ordinary. Suja,the employee that helped me was very pleasant. She helped well, great attitude and was very nice throughout the time.

My thanks and appreciation for the friendly, helpful service yesterday from Jana Connor at the Garland Driver License Office.

Went in for the dreaded license renewal. Detra was awesome. She was quick, personable, and professional. A pleasure to deal with and talk to while going through the process.

Donna helped me out today and she was very friendly and professional. She helped take care of the license renewal quick and easily.

We would like to thank DPS and especially Teresa for excellent and expedient service during our DL renewal. Teresa was very friendly and proficient performing the renewal transaction.

Patricia Hayes was absolutely terrific to me and to my wife at North Lamar. She facilitated service to us with A slips. She worked through my change of address but discovered DPS had no record of our birth.
