I received polite, efficient, friendly service from Katheryn and I really appreciated that and wanted to let you know what a great job she does!

Visited Houston North Mega Center for a renewal. First, compliments to the efficiency of the center, I arrived over 30 minutes early for an appointment and my name was called soon after arrival.

I had to visit the Sinton office to renew my driver license and was assisted by Belinda F. Just wanted to give her a Kudos. Belinda was courteous and very professional.
