My 16 year old nephew and I were in the DPS office to apply for his driver license. Pat was the DPS representative that assisted us.

I brought my mother to renew her driver license. She is older and Danique was very patient. I appreciated that. The whole experience was so efficient and friendly.

Cacilda was amazing! She was prompt, kind, funny, and professional. I've never had such a sweet DL representative do my license! Thankful to her and excellent job hiring her!

Stacy helped me renew my license at the Columbus location. She was a great help.

Jessica was very polite and efficient when she renewed my license. I had an appointment and did not have to wait at all.

I would like to recognize Tammy Campbell. I did not have my original birth certificate with me while trying to renew my driver license.

I went over to renew my commercial license and Marlo was very nice and friendly. She also was very helpful when I needed help on my application.

I am writing to let you know about the great customer service that we received at the Bonham Office. Christine and Tim went out of their way to help us renew our driver licenses.

We went to the Bonham office to get a Texas DL (from California) and the people there were exceptionally helpful.
