My son and I went to get a new identification card and license. Jennifer was great and went out of her way to help.

My wife and I attended the DPS Hurst Driver License Office renew our driver licenses. We utilized the on-line check in system and had times 30 minutes apart.

I scheduled a time for my renewal at the Gessner location. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time. The check in was a very efficient process.
