I was at the South Austin office with my 24 year old nephew to help him with his expired license and transfer my out-of-state license.

Travis came through the line of people making sure everyone had the proper paperwork. He was kind and humorous.

Naeemah assisted my 15 year old son when we were getting his permit. We were a bit unorganized, but Naeemah was very patient with us.

I had a positive experience at the Columbus Driver license office. I checked in at 9:26 AM and was back in my car by 10:14 AM.

The office staff is personable, efficient and we were able to get in and out without an appointment same day under an hour.
