We have used the services at the Columbus Driver License Office on several occasions since 2018. We have been at that office as early as opening time and as late as closing time.

My son and I went to the Austin North location to obtain his learners permit. Sabrina DeJesus helped us. She was very courteous, had good communication skills and was very thorough.

I went to renew my license. The system was down, but the Denton staff kept us updated and handled the situation professionally. Mr. Diaz processed my renewal. He did a wonderful job.

Just wanted to pass along to you a note about the excellent service provided by Ruby Duncan during my recent visit to the Midland Driver License Center. Ms. Duncan was friendly and efficient.

Terry was extra polite and helpful. We didn't have the right information, and he had us come back and took us as soon as he was free, which was very helpful. It was very busy and he took the time he needed.

Recently my wife and I moved to Texas and visited the Livingston Driver License Office to obtain our individual licenses.

I went to do a change of address and renew my daughter’s identification card. Richard was assisting my 5-years-old daughter. He was awesome with her, he was super patient and respectful.

I took my 84 year old mother to the Carrollton Mega Center to renew her identification card. Theo helped us and he couldn't have been nicer, more patient with her or more helpful.

Being a new arrival to the United States I have been to public offices, but never seen such a down to earth employee who took his time to explain in details and clearly the procedures in obtaining a state driver licen
