Props to the amazing work that the staff in Eagle Pass office has demonstrated when both my 18 year old twins came into take out their driver license.

On my last two visits to the Amarillo location I had the privilege to receive Amparo’s help. She helped me tremendously by providing her great customer service.

Natalie went above and beyond by making sure I had what I needed and the information on my paperwork was correct. She was polite, very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands.

LaTonya’s customer service is phenomenal! She made this frustrating process so much easier! She obviously takes pride in her job!

My husband and I had to renew my license and his identification card. My husband had a stroke and has difficulty getting around, so it was a rather strenuous trip for us.

I had a very pleasant experience when I renewed my driver license at the Gessner facility. I am 90 years old and use a walker and I was ushered quickly to Wendy who was very patient and accommodating.
