I want to commend your employee, Shannon for going beyond and above her duties. She was extremely helpful and put me at ease when she sensed I was getting uptight. She is an excellent employee.

I just wanted to leave a quick comment to thank and congratulate all the people at the Rockwall office for the great job that they're doing! We were quickly screened and documents checked before we got in the door.

I had been dealing with my license issue for almost 30 days. Repeated calls, but when I called and got Hailey on the line she took the time out to go the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved the same day.

My wife and I went to the Georgetown office to get our new licenses. We recently moved here from Florida and with the Covid situation, everything has been so confusing.

I want to give kudos to the Canton office. My visit was the best experience I've ever had at a Texas DPS office. The employees were very nice, kind and informative.

We had a wonderful experience at the Carrollton Mega Center. We were able to get in line online and secured an early morning appointment. We arrived a few minutes before appointment time and the place was packed.

I took my elderly mother in for a state identification card. Tania was polite, patient, efficient, prompt and very respectful. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does there. Thank you again Tania.
