April helped me get my license done when I didn't have an appointment. No one was there and she showed me how to use the kiosk in the lobby.

I just wanted to give kudos to Shawn at the North Lamar location for letting me renew my expired license when I was in there for an appointment to get my son's permit. Also, I really like the appointment option.

I would just like to thank Judy at the Cameron Driver License Office. She was so good to my daughter from the minute she opened the door. This was a stressful situation for my daughter. She was friendly and helpful!

I was very impressed with how smooth my appointment went to renew my driver license. Michael was kind and efficient. I was in and out of there with a name change, address change, and renewal with no issues.

I am pleased with the quality of customer service that was provided to me at the office in McAllen, Texas. Meagan was polite and helpful when I went to obtain my commercial driver license. Great customer service!

I am writing to provide a kudos to Liz and the other employees who served me at the Waco Driver License Office.

I set up an appointment at the Caldwell DPS for my daughter’s permit. I just want to say that everyone in this location was incredible. They were very attentive, polite, courteous and extremely helpful.

First off, I would like to take a moment to thank the entire team for working through this global pandemic. The representative who assisted me, Kathya, was beyond helpful and courteous.

My son and I came in and was going to get his permit, it had already been a day and I was stressed out and frazzled.

I recently had an appointment at the New Braunfels location. I was missing a few documents and Rosa was the absolute best with helping me out and being patient by allowing me to email her the documents I was missing.

I went to the Hamilton County Court House to renew my license. I was pleasantly greeted by Lescel. My entire experience while dealing with her during my renewal was a pleasant experience.

Estella and all of her co-workers at the San Angelo office impressed me with their focus and diligence in processing everyone. We were lined up outside.

There was a miscommunication in my family about my teen driving test for my license and we missed my 11:30 AM appointment and showed up at 1:00 PM instead.

First of all, every employee at the Rosenberg office was very friendly and helpful! Anitra took care of getting my daughter’s permit and she could not have been any nicer and made the whole process very pleasant!

I want to take a second to recognize Brittany at the DPS office in Sulphur Springs. She represents the epitome of professionalism. Not only was she extremely pleasant, but provided impeccable service as well.

I drove from to Hillsboro today to take my 15 year old son for his permit. These three ladies were personable, took the time to talk to us, smiled and laughed. These ladies are doing an exceptional job!

I called the Capitol location and a female identified herself as Sue. I told her that my mom received a letter from DPS that said my mom needed to renew her driver license and to get the ‘Star’ as required by law.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience Gessner location. Verna was polite, funny and made me feel at ease, being a new USA resident from Australia.

Thank you Michelle for such a fast turnaround with my Texas license. Due to being in the military stationed in Germany I was unable to make it to the office or submit online.

Ravee was incredibly helpful to us as we were transferring our driver licenses from Arkansas to Texas. We are living with our daughter, so it was particularly confusing proving legal residence.

I went to the DPS to renew my license and Jacqueline assisted me. I filled out the wrong form, she gave me the right form and helped me complete it. She was patient and kind.

Angelica helped us through the process of getting my son’s permit. She was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Tya was very patient and explained things in a way I could easily understand. She was kind in the tone she spoke with me. I really appreciate her patience with me. My visit at this office was excellent.

As a new resident of Texas, I made an appointment for a first time license at the Spring Mega Center. Monique managed all the final paper work, confirmations and photo taking.

Words cannot express my deepest gratitude towards Lori. The service I received was beyond exceptional. She was caring, compassionate, and patient with me.
