Just wanted to give kudos to Ginger and Tammy for their patience and professionalism assisting my wife and me.

Such a delight to walk in a DPS office and be greeted with happy friendly and very helpful employees!!

I would just like to give kudos to the Texas Department of Public Safety office in Port Lavaca, Texas. Ms. Kelli H. and Ms. Kelli W. are just awesome!!!

I am a 79-year-old Vietnam veteran. Have seen much. I want to thank the DPS for the kindness and professional way I was serviced by Ms. Mitchell.

From entering the door, to the clerk window for processing, the process and experience was very professional and pleasant. All employees were friendly and helpful.

Normally I dread having to go to DPS. This time it was a pleasant experience. Jim was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions.

I first want to give Allison a 10 for her great customer service and her welcoming personality. She was patient, with good communication, and once again good customer service.

I went to get my license renewed yesterday at the Hearne DPS office. I was immediately impressed with the patience and kindness of the two women employees working there.

When you go into a building and the first thing you must do is take a number, often times that's a good indication of how you will be treated. Thankfully that was not the case this time.

We visited the McKinney Driver license office.

Miranda provided exceptional customer service and was very pleasant to work with. She answered questions that I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

I waited a long time, and I wanted to speak to someone at the driver license office, but I was happy with the service that I received from Lauren.

Kudos to the gentleman that processed my license renewal. His name was Peter Lopez at the Corpus Christi office.

Mr. McClendon helped me when my daughter was applying for her permit. He is such a kind human being and was nothing but helpful and forthcoming.

Just sending a note to compliment Anthony Didi on a job well done. He was professional and fun to talk to through the process of getting my son's driver license for the first time.

My wife and I took our daughter to get her permit at the DPS office in San Angelo.
