I just wanted to let you know that I had a very nice experience when renewing my DL. I messed up and scheduled my appointment at the commercial DL building.

I would like to say the measures and precautions during my appointment were awesome. I had been nervous days before, just because I did not know how it would be. It made me feel safe and comfortable.

Emally assisted me in renewing my license. She was very friendly as well as professional as she guided me through the process. I appreciated her patience and helpfulness.

I would like to compliment the staff of the South Austin Driver License Office, particularly Linda Grumbles, for a positive experience in renewing my license.

Just wanted to express my satisfaction with the appointment I had. Although the scheduling date was months out the execution was perfect. I had zero wait time upon arrival and Ms. Helms was so friendly and efficient.

I renewed my license at the Lewisville Driver License office.

I was at the San Angelo branch to acquire a new Texas driver license. Lucero assisted me and my transaction was super smooth and without hassle. She was courteous and was very professional in responding to my needs.

I had an appointment to renew my license. I conveniently checked in by cell phone a few minutes early and was greeted at the door by a friendly employee.

I visited the Waco DPS Office to obtain my Texas Driver License as a new resident. Danique Tucker handled my application. She did a professional job and was warm and welcoming.

I went to the DPS to change my address. In reality, I needed a learners permit, but could not find this option online.
