Just a quick note with a big thank you for making a daunting task easy and doable. All of the staff from the door to the end of the system went above and beyond.

I’m sending this email to let you know about the incredible customer service I received at the Rockwall Driver License Office from Joyce Cash.

To all concerned about customer service. I just wanted to acknowledge the best service and experience I have ever had with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

I just wanted to pay a comment to an employee by the name of Harriet and the whole staff at the Denton Driver License Office.

I recently renewed my driver license at your North Austin station with Valerie De Arcos. I was quite impressed with her performance.

I have visited the Denton DPS location a total of three times to make inquiries and finally to get my daughter’s permit.

At a time of chaos in our country, including all branches of Texas government due to covid 19, Bonnie stood tall and in control as a greeter while substituting in Palestine.

Just wanted to let you know that Tiffany at the Rockwall DPS office is amazing. I was in shock how kind, polite, and pleasant Tiffany was with me.

I wanted to send a positive email regarding one of your employees, Addison Hausler.

I want to say that every DPS employee I dealt with was wonderful. I appreciated the covid check points. They were all very professional and helpful. Gloria Hocker assisted with my renewal.

I just want to say that Loreal Lee did an excellent job of helping me to get my driver license renewed. She was very professional. She was kind and patient to explain exactly what I needed to do.

I recently took my diving test with Joanna Lopez as my driving examiner. She was extremely courteous and helpful by allowing me to take my driving test after a misunderstanding with my paper work.

I renewed my Texas Driver License at the Garland Mega Center. I found the process to be very efficient and the personal to be very helpful and polite.

I would like this nice lady to be recognized for her outstanding customer service skills as an employee at our local DPS office located at 1854 Northwestern here in El Paso, Texas.

I went in to the DPS at the Pat Booker License Office in Universal City, TX. I just wanted to say that I am grateful for the great customer service Ms. Mendiola gave me while handling my case.

I just wanted to drop this note by to quickly recognize my time with Martha as a road test facilitator at the San Marcos Driver License Office.

That was the smoothest visit to a DPS I’ve ever had.

I wanted to take a minute to say how much I appreciate the staff at the Palestine Office.

I had simply the best experience at the 13730 Research Blvd location from start to finish. First, I should apologize to the staff there for showing up late for my scheduled online appointment.

I just wanted to send a comment for the Plano Driver License Office on Parker Rd. This was the first time in 12 years that I had to go to the DPS office to renew my DL.

I had an appointment with Diana at the Midland Mega Center. She was absolutely phenomenal, wonderful to deal with. She was a ray of sunshine!! She navigated all my issues with ease!

I had an appointment at the Plano office to renew my Texas driver license. I was pleasantly surprised at the organization and relative efficiency of the office in our Covid environment.

I was having a terrible day. My documents were not in order I discovered after waiting for my number to be called. I left and got them and then waited again and then came Keith.

I wanted to let you know that Jennifer at the El Paso 7400 Gateway East location was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful.

I went to South Austin DPS to apply for a state ID for my son. All the employees are very polite and definitely having helping attitude if we get stuck. Hats off to the entire team.
