I went to the Northwest Austin driver license office to get a Texas driver license as I had just moved here from Arizona because my family lives here and we were relocating to Austin.

I hope this email find you well. I am writing because we just recently had an appointment at the Killeen location, we were assisted by Oscar Rodriguez, and he truly made our visit a great one.

Jill was extremely kind and helpful!

I know that typically there are a lot more complaints than complements.

My birth certificate had different spelling than my driver license, SSN, and many other documents. In order to renew there had to be some changes. Kathleen took care of my problem!

Just a quick note to give kudos to Harriet at the Denton DL Office. All of the staff there was great to work with, but Harriet was a Godsend.

I just took my driver test at 350 W. I 30 in Garland. I had the best employee, Jana Connor. She made me feel very comfortable in a nervous situation and even had me laughing afterwards.

I want to say thank you and tell Jaryd what an amazing person he is!

Marguerite went above and beyond to assist me in resolving an issue. Her sense of urgency, follow through, attention to detail resulted in quick and proper resolution!

I just wanted to give compliments to your staff at the Bonham office. They were all so nice and made my time enjoyable while I was having my expired license renewed.

I went to the Aransas Pass Driver License office to renew my license. I was very impressed from the moment I arrived with the cleanliness, Covid protocols and the employees’ willingness to help.

Lorilee was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Not only was she attentive to my situation, I witnessed her help others.

Kathy Amyett was extremely helpful to my handicapped mother when we visited last month to take care of a driver license issue.

I went to the DPS in Gessner Mega center to take my driver test. My instructor’s name was Frances Daniels I believe, and I just wanted to say that she was an amazing instructor.

I went to renew my driver license and would like to compliment the team in Huntsville on their outstanding service.

I would like to thank you for Kristal Kennedy and, actually, everyone at the Texarkana DPS Office. We just moved from CA to TX and I needed help transferring my driver license.

 My wife and I went to the DPS at 5100 West Elms Road, Killeen to renew our Texas DL. My wife is 77 and I am 79. We could believe the great service we got.

I have to brag about your employee, Suzanne Runner. She was so very helpful to my husband and me. We went to finish an application for an ID for my husband who is 81 years old.
