I was at the DPS office in Rosenberg office and had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne Runner.

I think there is a misconception about state services and service associated with it. Hailey was amazing and professional. She followed up as she promised.

As you know how nerve racking it can be when you renew your license, I would like to commend Audrey for making this a very pleasant experience.

Pat Murrell assisted me at the Terrell Driver License Office. I recently moved to Texas from out of town and my license was due to expire within two weeks of arriving.

I moved to Texas in Oct from OK. My first appointment was Dec 22 and I was turned away because my birth certificate from a Navy Hospital was a copy, its all I have ever had.

I came to the office at approximately 10:30 am without an appointment. Everyone there was very helpful.

Roxie Rodriguez of the Brownsville office behaved in a considerate, respectful and amicable manner and show a pleasant demeanor.

In my visit to renew my driver license, I was so impressed with everyone I came across from the folks at the door, in the lobby, eye exam. I couldn’t believe I was at the DPS in Houston.

All employees I encountered were polite, professional, helpful, and answered my questions. This was the best experience I've had while visiting a DPS office.

Ms. Hausler was very nice to me. She helped answer all my questions and had a great deal of knowledge about getting a Texas license.

I want to give out some kudos to the Jacksonville DL Office. I needed to get my license renewed and showed up at the Jacksonville office. I did not know I was to make an appointment.
