I am a new Texas resident and recently went into the Houston Gessner Mega Center to apply for my new state license. I worked with Tiesha Averiett Jackson.

Ms. Bergman did an amazing job administering the driving test for my student.

I just wanted to write a small note of thanks for your representative Richie Burton for providing me with excellent customer service.

I want to make sure you know what a professional and kind young lady Haven Cain is. I was welcomed by Haven at your office and she took the time to help me and answer my questions.

I wanted to compliment Robert Corkran for his patience and helpfulness in helping me get an ID card for my husband. He went above and beyond helping what was a confusing process.

I visited the North Austin office and got there right as it opened for a walk-in appointment. I moved to TX in February and needed to get a new license.

I moved to Houston Texas from out of state. I had an appointment for my new driver license. Yolanda Manuel was very helpful, patient and kind.

I renewed my driver license. I made my appointment online, it was so simple and so timely. Also, I completed the necessary form and brought the required documents.

Wanda was very professional, answered all of my questions, while still being quick. I think the DPS could use a few more employees like Wanda.

Being in the military I have been to the DMV/DPS in at least six different states and it has literally always been a nightmare and taken all day.

My 73 year old mother from India had an appointment for Texas ID in Temple, Texas. She was helped by Ms. Karen Brown.

I went through the process of getting a Texas driver license about a month ago. I had to stop into both the North Lamar and Pflugerville locations.
