I just wanted to say thank you to Marisela from Garland Mega Center. She was so helpful both times that I visited for a first time driver license here in Texas.

Shalena helped me renew my driver license recently at the Wichita Falls office. She was polite, receptive and very knowledgeable.

I want to commend the staff and the facility at the Spring Mega Center. It is very efficiently coordinated, plenty of waiting area, and plenty of staff which limits the waiting time.
