The employee who helped me renew my license was so efficient and so pleasant. Her name was Mrs. Swift. The entire operation at the Rosenberg Mega Center is very user friendly as is the website.

I wanted to speak to the great customer service I received during my visit to the Waco DPS office yesterday from Danique. She was friendly, engaging and provided great customer service.
