I renewed my Texas Driver License and was processed by Karen. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and had excellent communication skills. I was impressed and pleased by the entire process.

Mr. Butler in Gilmer knows how to deal with people and make your visit an enjoyable one.

She provided the best experience at the Texas DPS I've EVER had!! Her calm and friendly demeanor was very pleasing.

Please pass along my appreciation to Automotive Services Supervisor, Manuel Chavez, and his team for their courteous service and immediate attention to the mechanical issues with my vehicle.

My visit went well. A little wait but nothing out of the ordinary. Suja,the employee that helped me was very pleasant. She helped well, great attitude and was very nice throughout the time.

My wife and I were on our way back from Houston to Corpus Christi. We was pulled over by Trooper Mallory in Victoria County. I have never had a nicer experience with a police officer than I did that evening.

Yesterday I visited the Spring Mega Center on Cypresswood to renew my license. This was a process I have been dreading because I’ve heard so many stories of long wait times and very crowded waiting rooms.

I was pulled over outside of Carthage, TX for a DOT inspection in my company class B vehicle. Trooper Neal was very professional and courteous during the inspection.

My wife and I were traveling from Clovis to Lubbock for a doctor appointment. At around 7 AM, close to Anton, we had our right rear tire blow out.

My wife and I were pulled over by Trooper Perkins while traveling south on I-35 near West, Texas.

My husband was pulled over for a D.O.T. inspection by Trooper Rountree. Trooper Rountree led us into a truck stop for the inspection.

Wanted to mention Richard. He was very professional yesterday when I was getting a new driver license.

My interaction with Jill last Friday was great. I was able to get in and out and get my license without any difficulties. She is a great employee.

I’d like to compliment Astrid for helping me through the replacement driver license process. She was kind, patient and very helpful. She gave me a bright smile and made the experience as painless as possible.

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment Trooper J. Smith. We were traveling home from Great Wolf Lodge to Alvin and were pulled over by Trooper Smith. He was just as nice and professional as could be.
