I was stopped by Trooper B. Tinsley in Gonzales County. Trooper Tinsley was very professional, conducted a perfect seven step violator contact and was professional when discussing the violation.

I brought my mother to renew her driver license. She is older and Danique was very patient. I appreciated that. The whole experience was so efficient and friendly.
