I would like to express my thanks to your employee, Helen Robertson. She took time to carefully explain all the appropriate forms.

I would like to commend the license department of Carthage. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everything went quickly. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

I went to the Houston North Mega Center location last week to renew my driver's license and wanted to share with you how impressed I was with how organized and fast the process was for me.

Hello. I'd like for my compliments to be passed on to a certain officer. My disabled boyfriend's grandma was driving him to the Greyhound in Ft. Worth, TX today when they blew a tire.

Jesus was very courteous, he took his time to clearly ask questions and verified my answers. He checked to make sure all my information was correct and if any changes were to be made.

I just want to thank Sabina for my experience. She was very patient and helpful as she explained to me the documents I needed for the process of getting my ID.

Linda was so very sweet and calming, especially when I found out I had a hold on my license. She gave me all the information I needed to contact the state with the hold.
