We wanted to extend a compliment to a DPS officer that stopped my husband and me on US 183 outside of Gonzales.

I brought my dad to get his license changed and identification card. My dad is 90 and Terry went above and beyond to make this challenging “field trip” for dad and I pleasant and a success.

Eddie processed my paperwork with cheerfulness and speed.

I wanted to take time to compliment and commend Yaritza. She maintains great integrity, character and professionalism as she goes above and beyond to help individuals.

Shelly assisted me to get a new driver license. She was amazingly fast and courteous, completed my application in about 10 minutes. She answered all my questions and was very friendly.

Very professional. She did a fine job of upholding and representing the Texas Department of Public Safety. She maintained the scrutiny one could expect from a DPS officer while remaining friendly and courteous.

We would like to compliment Martha on the outstanding customer service we received. Excellent customer service with a smile and heaps of patience too.

We want to give kudos to Mary Molloy for excellent service. She was amazingly helpful and extremely friendly during the process of renewing my daughter’s driver license. Great work!

Ms. Moore should be commended on her actions. She took steps to understand the problem and find a  solution and moved swiftly to execute the solution. All in all, Ms.

This morning Trooper Neff proceeded to perform a traffic stop on my behalf. Trooper Neff went above and beyond this morning with me. He was incredibly polite, professional and quick.

Appreciation and personal recommendation for Marife. She was so kind, professional and helped us with the process. She took her time to explain the process and advise us on the best options.

I want to send kudos out to the Port Arthur office! All the employees in this office were very helpful. Each of them helped me while I was there.

You know sometimes it’s scary getting pulled over by a state trooper. Today I was pulled over and I was scared but the officer who pulled me over was a sweet and compassionate officer.

I scheduled a time for my renewal at the Gessner location. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time. The check in was a very efficient process.

While having lunch today in Lubbock, I was able to speak with these two State Troopers for a few minutes. They were very approachable, gracious, and respectful.

I want to give kudos to the Big Spring Office. Misty was quick, efficient, polite and very patient as I searched for missing documents that was required.

We received compassion and professionalism during our visit. My husband is disabled and being a caregiver can be somewhat overwhelming at times. I was a little frustrated that day.

The personnel were exceptional from the receptionist to the friendly and knowledgeable lady named Prescilla Sanchez that took care of what was needed to renew my license.

Everything went really well, even the waiting time was reasonable. Amanda performed really professionally and friendly. I am very impressed and fully satisfied with your service.

I want you to know this young man was very nice and polite! Words cannot express my favorable impression of this officer, I cannot believe your training taught him all of that.

My husband realized that he didn’t have the correct documentation for becoming a Texas resident. The staff was more than willing to let us figure it out and get back in line. Ken was so kind and courteous to us both.

I was involved in a pretty moderate motor vehicle collision on Jan 8. I am an emergency physician and I only add this to let you know I am no stranger to police.

I was impressed with how smooth and how efficient the service was. I would just like to send high praise to employee Martletha for going above and beyond with assisting me.
