I visited the Gessner office to renew my driver license. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the process and the professionalism of the staff.

I’m very impressed with the vast improvement in streamlining the process.

I was pulled over at MP-151 on I-10 on February 9, 2020 by Officer Valencia 15682. I wanted to reach out and express how impressed I was with his professionalism and courtesy.

They were knowledgeable, patient and kind. They did not mind me asking a series of questions, they were outstanding help. I just wanted to pass along how great they are and how I appreciate what they do.

Courtney helped me renew my license. She was calm, friendly and efficient. She answered my questions and included good information I needed to know, but that I didn't think to ask.

On February 17th, 2020, Officer Westerman pulled over my husband. The officer was calm and relaxed. Never have I seen an officer treat a person with such respect.

Sherrie was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we sat down until we left she was involved and cared about what we were doing.

I had the privilege of renewing my driver license at the Georgetown location. Upon meeting Natalija, I knew I was in good hands. She was welcoming, kind and compassionate.

I wanted to send a big thank you to Valerie. I have been trying to get my license reinstated and she was so helpful and kind. She did her job very well and was very eager to help me.

Signed up for an online appointment. Sara Bennett was very helpful in completing the process.

She was very friendly and knowledgeable of everything my wife and I needed to transfer our out of state licenses. She was even nice enough to help both of us.

I used the online check in and was able to walk past the long line to the very short line for those of us that had appointments.

Tracey was a great help. She knows what she is doing and had a lot of helpful information. She was great at doing her job without no problem. She was willing to assist me with what I needed in a great deal of time.

I just wanted to thank the awesome staff at Harlingen office. My daughter took her final driving test. The attendant put her at ease. She was so friendly and encouraging. We are so thankful for this great experience!

Sabrina assisted me renewing my driver license at the North Austin office. I was impressed by her genuine kind nature and she made the process pleasant.

All personnel were friendly and very competent. Liz assisted me with the renewal and was very professional and quick!

I would like to commend Rose Guerra. She was very helpful and patience with my nephew and I as we were applying for his first driver license.

The ladies at the Columbus office were all friendly and very helpful with customers. Rachael assisted with my paperwork with speed, a friendly attitude and just a great person working behind the counter.

I want to give a kudos to Dash Harris. After years of not having my license, I knew it would be a disaster and I would be given the run around. I had quite the opposite experience.
