My experience at the Hillsboro office was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am a new citizen to Texas and am very grateful for such an interaction with the DPS staff.

I wanted to extend my appreciation to him for helping me get out of a potentially dangerous situation. He was pulling me over because I did not have my lights on.

I have been in the Security Business for 20 years. When the TOPS program was launched, It was a nightmare. Vast improvements have been made. When things go right it is great. When things go wrong it is a nightmare.

Due to a family emergency in Ohio, we were traveling in a motorhome and towing a trailer to haul our car. We had a flat tire on the trailer about 10 miles east of Shamrock, TX.

Trooper Jordan was cordial and respectful during my stop and I felt no negative energy emanating from him, he knew and was confident in why he had pulled me over.

I just wanted to reach out and complement Trooper B. Lopez. I have never had an unpleasant experience in 25 years of driving Texas roads from any DPS Trooper.

My wife and myself would like to thank Officer Montoya and the DPS department for assisting us when we had a flat tire on I-35 Thur. 05/14/20.

On Wednesday, May 6, my son and I were headed for our first trip out of the house to Weatherford for some errands. We live in Eastland and were about 10 minutes away from Weatherford when we experienced a flat tire.

Officer Acker demonstrated uncommon understanding and courtesy to me while I was in a stressed frame of mind.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Trooper Garza on a traffic stop. I happily asserted my constitutional rights during our interaction.

I was stopped on I-35 heading north because of a missing front license plate on the vehicle I rented. The attending officer was named Officer Kinslow.

At the beginning of the covid19 pandemic my daughter was a passenger in an unreported wreck.

On March 23, 2020 on SH 290 Eastbound 5 miles west of Giddings, officer McCoy saw my family with a failed vehicle on the side of the road. He stopped and helped us and stayed with us for as long as necessary.

Officer Poerner stopped me in Concho Co. Officer Poerner was professional, courteous and very kind natured.

I was travelling east on I-40 outside Amarillo when I got pulled over by Officer Roberts. He was very pleasant and affable during the whole interaction. He didn't make me feel like a bad criminal.

Trooper Sen was extremely professional and polite from the very beginning. When he noticed my sleeping toddler in the car he became even quieter in his demeanor.

I logged into the audit portal and accepted the review. I want to thank you for your time and patience with me as I completed the audit steps.

State Trooper Taylor was recently a blessing in diffusing a very tense family situation. He’s a great example of how law enforcement can collectively work with families.

I would like to commend Gary Brinkman and the staff at Telecom for all the hard work and long hours getting our employees setup to receive their office calls remotely using Jabber.

Ms. Zon was caring, she was patient, she did not make me feel like an imbecile when I didn't understand an explanation, she just presented it in a different way until I got it.

Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Oswald was very helpful during the process. Thank you Brother-Man!

I would like to thank the Facilities group. Due to the virus, their workload increased tremendously to keep the rest of us germ free. Many, many thanks for everything you do.

Captain Scullin was so awesome! He was helped me out so much. Since I’m quarantined I can’t go out anywhere and I was so frustrated not being able to take care of my responsibilities.

Charlotte assisted me in renewing my license and she treated me as if I was the only person in the building. She is extremely efficient, warm and capable.

Asenette was truly helpful. She helped us get all my paperwork together and helped us with which videos I had to watch.
