I wanted to take some time to sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Denise and Barbara.

My wife and I visited the New Braunfels location to renew our driver licenses. A pleasant surprise awaited us. We were greeted with smiling faces at the check in counter.

I had an appointment to get my driver license. The screening process was highly efficient and all social distancing protocols took place well. The process was very quick as well.

With all the COVID-19 chaos in the world, the ladies at the Palestine office went above and beyond to help me today. I needed a simple name change.

My experience with the Woodville office was outstanding! The music that was playing was very enjoyable and made the environment so calm and relaxing.

I made a visit to the Houston North Mega Center on Veterans Memorial, and initially I was pretty nervous about being turned around or having to wait in long lines, however I was serviced so fast.

Just wanted to say that when I visited the Leon Valley Office in San Antonio, everyone treated me very well with professionalism considering the Corona Virus Pandemic.

I am a handicapped 79 year old senior reapplying for an updated driving license and was dreading the experience and procedure that I was sure I had to endure.

I just wanted to leave a quick comment to thank and congratulate all the people at the Rockwall office for the great job that they're doing! We were quickly screened and documents checked before we got in the door.

On Friday May, 22nd my family and I were on our way from Frisco, TX to Mangum, OK to attend a funeral. We were delayed in our departure which only further added to the stress and anxiety of the day.

I just wanted to compliment the officer that pulled me over this past weekend outside of Kingsville, TX. He was polite, direct, and personable. I appreciate the engagement and sincerity in the officer's demeanor.

I had been dealing with my license issue for almost 30 days. Repeated calls, but when I called and got Hailey on the line she took the time out to go the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved the same day.
