We took our daughter to get her permit at the San Angelo office. Everyone was very courteous, especially Erica Barnes, who handled our request.

I flew into Austin at 7:40 pm on a Wednesday evening with a plan to purchase a vehicle the next day from a private seller who had previously registered the vehicle in North Carolina.

Desiree is an outstanding person. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We communicated over emails, but I could feel her warmth and sincerity through her emails. She’s a wonderful person.

I want to say how appreciative I am for the help given me by the three DPS officers Trooper Henderson, Trooper Bond and Corporal Bowles on Saturday June 12th.

I went into the New Braunfels DPS to get my permit. I was nervous at first, but the woman who helped me, Rosa, was very kind.

Alexandria expertly walked us through the entire process of getting a permit for both of our children and patiently waded through all of our incorrect forms.

I was stopped by Officer Goelzhauser for speeding. I notified the officer that I was very sick, just trying to get home.

I was stopped today by Officer Harris for a minor infraction. Officer Harris was a consummate professional and is a credit to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

My daughter had an appointment for her permit at the Houston North Mega Center. The staff at the front were all extremely courteous, efficient and professional. I was very impressed.

I was recently stopped by Officer M. Kuhlengel for a level 2 inspection on I-30 in the Great state of Texas. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was a pleasure to have contact with.

Regann was so friendly and helpful when I came in. She was also very patient with me as I filled in all the necessary areas on the forms. She was a pleasure to be doing business with.

Alex was very thorough and patient with my 17 year old son, answering all his questions and making sure he understood everything he needed to understand with his permit.

I was involved in an accident and DPS Officer Priest drove up to handle the situation which was my fault, and preformed his duties in a sincere and courteous manner.

We made an appointment in Borger for our son’s permit. Lesley was so helpful, professional and patient. She followed all of the Covid safety protocols and made sure that we did too.

I want to thank Felicia for pushing and never giving up on me. There was a point where I got frustrated an upset at myself. She still encouraged!!

I went to the Leon Valley location so that my son could test for his provisional license. Delia has a fantastic demeanor even under the pressure and strain of us being a bit unprepared from a paperwork standpoint.

I wanted to take a moment to commend DPS Officer C. Terry who showed patience and compassion during a traffic stop on Hwy 161 PGBT today.
