My son had to mail in his application for 1st time license, along with thousands of others. After five weeks, still nothing even though the check was cashed.

I am currently seven months pregnant and I think Mariela could tell I was uncomfortable standing for so long. She was very efficient and seemed to be expediting the process so I could get out of the office quickly.

Shuronda was such a blessing to work with! She was so friendly and personable and made my experience better than I could have imagined. She made me feel like a valued customer and it was natural!!!

I approached the door of the Galveston DL office not realizing that I needed an appointment. Dana welcomed me at the door with her mask on and following the COVID-19 guidelines.

All of the staff in our San Angelo office were very patient with me. I did have an appointment and that helped a lot. All stall workers conducted them self in a very professional matter specially Alexandria.

I would just like to thank Judy at the Cameron Driver License Office. She was so good to my daughter from the minute she opened the door. This was a stressful situation for my daughter. She was friendly and helpful!

I was very impressed with how smooth my appointment went to renew my driver license. Michael was kind and efficient. I was in and out of there with a name change, address change, and renewal with no issues.

I am pleased with the quality of customer service that was provided to me at the office in McAllen, Texas. Meagan was polite and helpful when I went to obtain my commercial driver license. Great customer service!

I am writing to provide a kudos to Liz and the other employees who served me at the Waco Driver License Office.

I set up an appointment at the Caldwell DPS for my daughter’s permit. I just want to say that everyone in this location was incredible. They were very attentive, polite, courteous and extremely helpful.

First off, I would like to take a moment to thank the entire team for working through this global pandemic. The representative who assisted me, Kathya, was beyond helpful and courteous.

I recently had an appointment at the New Braunfels location. I was missing a few documents and Rosa was the absolute best with helping me out and being patient by allowing me to email her the documents I was missing.

I went to the Hamilton County Court House to renew my license. I was pleasantly greeted by Lescel. My entire experience while dealing with her during my renewal was a pleasant experience.

Estella and all of her co-workers at the San Angelo office impressed me with their focus and diligence in processing everyone. We were lined up outside.

There was a miscommunication in my family about my teen driving test for my license and we missed my 11:30 AM appointment and showed up at 1:00 PM instead.

First of all, every employee at the Rosenberg office was very friendly and helpful! Anitra took care of getting my daughter’s permit and she could not have been any nicer and made the whole process very pleasant!

I want to take a second to recognize Brittany at the DPS office in Sulphur Springs. She represents the epitome of professionalism. Not only was she extremely pleasant, but provided impeccable service as well.

I drove from to Hillsboro today to take my 15 year old son for his permit. These three ladies were personable, took the time to talk to us, smiled and laughed. These ladies are doing an exceptional job!

I called the Capitol location and a female identified herself as Sue. I told her that my mom received a letter from DPS that said my mom needed to renew her driver license and to get the ‘Star’ as required by law.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience Gessner location. Verna was polite, funny and made me feel at ease, being a new USA resident from Australia.

I just want to say that Christy Kester was amazing. I didn’t have all documents so she allowed me to go home and she took care of me once I got back to the office. My experience with her was one to remember!!
