I wanted to take a minute to praise Erica Barnes. This employee went above and beyond to help my son obtain his driving permit.

My daughter and I were at the McKinney Driver License Office for my daughter’s drive test. She was well-prepared, but understandably nervous. Thankfully we were in the kind and caring hands of Harlon!

Just a note to brag about the organized, efficient and accurate work that your team showed me. It was a pleasure.

My husband and I had the most pleasant experience with Alexus. She was calm and understanding while we gathered and emailed her some missing documents.

I would like to thank Mario and Rosa in the New Braunfels Driver License office for making my daughter’s driving test very relaxed and a positive experience during a challenging time.

While visiting the office on S. Gessner I encountered the amazing Verna! She was incredibly friendly, upbeat and kind. Her demeanor calmed my nervousness and her thoroughness made me feel well taken care of.
