I was dreading my TDL renewal, especially now with Covid and masks and social distancing. It was such a good experience with resources online, I knew to get a birth certificate ahead of time.

All of the employees working at San Angelo office were moving quickly to take care of the morning crowd.

A big thank you to State Trooper R. Matlock. He came right away to help us when we had a tire blowout on I-20 West leaving Marshall, TX.

I just renewed my license at the South Austin DPS office, per Real ID documentation requirements. The new appointment system is AWESOME!

Just had probably been best experience I’ve ever had at a government office. Kencie was very pleasant and efficient during my DL renewal. I’m a retired sales/marketing manager and have probably hired 150+ people.

I want to brag on Sgt. Jason Morgan. Recently my daughter received a traffic citation that she did not understand why, so we contacted DPS and had the pleasure of speaking with Sgt. Morgan.

I was stopped last Thursday evening by Officer Pineda near Pecos, TX, for speeding in a construction zone on Hwy 285. I just want to give him a compliment for his professionalism and the respect he showed me.

We took our daughter to get her driver license at the Plano office. While most of the procedures right are due to COVID-19, it does seem like the system is much more streamlined and efficient.

I had an appointment at the office in Georgetown. A young man named Michael assisted me. He was very cordial, helpful and efficient. I appreciate the service he gave and the manner in which he gave it.

I was stopped today by Trooper Tower. Trooper Tower was extremely professional, courteous and actually a pleasure to converse with, particularly given the circumstances.

I went to the Boerne office for my daughter's driver license test. I was blown away at how patient and helpful Debra was.

I wanted to pass along my appreciation for the professionalism, patience and compassion your Waco DL office personnel showed during my visit.
