I wanted to take a moment to tell you all about the amazing experience I had the other day at your Centerville location. I went to get my son's permit and Darleen Deaton was amazing.

I was at the Sherman Driver License Office to have my license renewed. Everyone that I met in the office was very helpful and cheerful.

I just wanted to say that Rebeca was wonderful. She really helped us out. I just want to spread the love, and let you know how great she was.

I visited the Carrollton Mega Center for my 1:30 pm appointment to obtain an ID in lieu of my expired driver license.

I went to get my license renewed yesterday at the Hearne DPS office. I was immediately impressed with the patience and kindness of the two women employees working there.

Elizabeth was helpful. She was very knowledgeable and didn't get irritated when I asked the same questions over and over. She was calm and collected.

Wendi was very customer service oriented. She helped me set up another appointment. She did her job RIGHT! Wendi was superb.

I went to the Plano DPS and was assisted by Nerissa Bell. She was excellent, courtesy, and professional.

Jordan answered every single one of my questions with detail. I give her service five stars! In fact, she is one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

We recently visited the Paris DPS to obtain my son's permit. I wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had. I really enjoy the appointment concept.

I was blessed to have worked with V. Duvernay and she was amazing so kind, patient and understanding.

Just sending a note to compliment Anthony Didi on a job well done. He was professional and fun to talk to through the process of getting my son's driver license for the first time.

I want to take a moment to applaud the wonderful ladies that are employed in the Center DPS office. I visited this office for an appointment for my son this week.

On July 27th, I was involved in a traffic accident in Harlingen. No one was seriously injured but we were all a bit shaken.
