I have always had very negative experiences in motor vehicle and driver license facilities, until I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Duncan.

A big thank you to Julia Flores for helping us through a difficult process! She made sure we overcame a few problems and got us out the door with our new licenses and smiles on our faces.

I would like to compliment the team at 4545 Dacoma St in Houston. While I couldn't find an appointment online that worked with my schedule for 2 weeks, when I got there, it was amazingly smooth.

It was wonderful being able to make appointment in advance and not have to wait for hours (standing outside in heat or cold). Rebecca was very professional, friendly, and efficient.
