On December 9, 2020, the fuel pump on my 3 year-old car suddenly stopped working. My husband and I pulled over on the shoulder to attempt to address the problem.

Just wanted to say thank you for the extra service and special attention you provided to my daughter and I.

Trooper Higgins saw that we were fixing a flat tire and stop to assist us. He was very friendly and would not take no for an answer.

Officer Kelley stopped me because I wasn't paying attention to my speed and was slightly over the limit. He was very understanding.

I just visited the San Angelo Driver License Office. Ariana Leon took care of getting me my Texas driver license. She was very courteous and efficient.

I was told by several people that Canton was the best place to go to get your driver license or renew one. It is the truth!

Officer Matlock came to our aide when our van struck debris on the freeway leaving us stranded with a flat tire and vehicle malfunctions.

While coming back to Bronte from Robert Lee, I had a flat. Trooper McCary pulled up behind my car as I was getting the jack and spare out.

Investigator Molloy went out of his way to help me resolve a registration issue. He kept me informed and the problem was resolved the same day.

Highly professional, customer engaging in a friendly and hospitable manner, providing answers to questions and concerns with all smiles, she made the visit so much worth the while.

I had a good experience renewing my driver license at the South Gessner location.

I just want to commend Dama Shull. She is the most pleasant and professional person I have ever had to deal with at a DPS office. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. I arrived about 8:10 a.m. There was not a line outside and I had all my paperwork filled out.

I would like to thank Officer Swango for his time with my driver on the morning of 1/15/2021. While we strive to be professional and compliant, we do miss a few things from time to time.

Ms. Thompson was very kind and friendly. I even forgot my reading glasses at her desk and she took the time to look up my phone number and call me to let me know they were there.

I was recently inspected by Trooper J. Stanley at the weigh station on I-20 Kaufman County and I would like to comment on his professionalism.

I want to give kudos to Aida Hernandez in New Braunfels, went beyond what she had to do to help me renew my license, easiest experience I’ve had in 45 years dealing with DPS, I think it took about 15
