I was having a terrible day. My documents were not in order I discovered after waiting for my number to be called. I left and got them and then waited again and then came Keith.

I just wanted to send a comment for the Plano Driver License Office on Parker Rd. This was the first time in 12 years that I had to go to the DPS office to renew my DL.

I went to get my driver license renewed and the staff at the Carrollton Mega Center was great. The process was seamless until we hit a snag.

I am writing to commend the Columbus Driver License Office and Stacy. I drove to Columbus from Houston this to get my twin daughters driving permits. I was nervous and had anxiety.

I just moved back to my home area of East Texas from New Orleans, and wanted to let you know what a fine job your CDL coordinator Cynthia Allison has done to help me in this transition period.

Just want to let DPS know how easy and great my experience was renewing my driver license. Maria Foster was very nice and helpful in renewing my license and answering my questions.

I would like to compliment the CDL Examiners out of the Wichita Falls Office. They went above and beyond to help me with an issue.

Lori went above and beyond. She was patient and continued to help even after needing to return with correct documents. She explained everything clearly to me. And made sure I understood her.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, hospitable, and attentive. Alex helped process my paperwork, he was friendly and thorough and answered all my questions very professionally.

I want to thank Marivelle Rivera at the DPS Office in Monahans for an outstanding job!! She was so kind, patient and very professional and made me feel so very welcome through the whole process.

My wife and just changed our out of state DL for the TX version. The Seguin office was quite busy, but the staff was very helpful, professional and got both of us worked in. Thank you!
