I just wanted to again thank Mr. Brian for his professionalism and genuine kindness in helping me to renew my driver license.

I wanted to commend Officer Ramirez on his professionalism and understanding during a recent moving violation stop just outside of Laredo.

I was just stopped by Trooper Phipps. I just wanted someone to know that he was beyond courteous.

 My wife and I went to the DPS at 5100 West Elms Road, Killeen to renew our Texas DL. My wife is 77 and I am 79. We could believe the great service we got.

I had the privilege of meeting Trooper Hutchison. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. Our encounter was handled in an utmost fashion.

I was pulled over by Officer Harben. Officer Harben said that I did not use my signal to change lanes and also noted that my brake lights were not operating fully.

As I was traveling to the city of Huntsville area I entered a reduced speed limit area and failed to reduce my speed. I was pulled over by Officer D. Harris.

Before the pandemic, he led our class at the DPS HQ in Garland, TX, and it was put together with excellence and great information about the DPS and other branches in the area.

I would like to publicly acknowledge the help I received from Officer J. Hoy in Brownwood.

I recently came in contact with Officer Jones and he performed his duties great. His demeanor was non-threating and he was very polite.

This happened last year and I've wanted to send a note regarding the traffic stop. I was traveling from Austin to Dallas with my 10 year old son and I was stopped by Officer Kinslow.
