I know that typically there are a lot more complaints than complements.

My birth certificate had different spelling than my driver license, SSN, and many other documents. In order to renew there had to be some changes. Kathleen took care of my problem!

I had an appointment to renew my driver license and want to thank and praise all the people I dealt with.

I have been to numerous DPS locations in a variety of states. This visit was by far my best experience I have ever had.
